Responsibilities

- Utilize computer systems to manage office tasks effectively, including word processing and spreadsheet management.
- Act as a personal assistant to executives or team leaders when required, ensuring all administrative needs are met promptly.
- Communicate effectively with both English-speaking and bilingual clients to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and phone systems is essential.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support in a team-oriented environment.
- QuickBooks experience is a plus (not required)
