- Possess strong communication and negotiation/closing skills

- Develop and plan sales and marketing strategies at an executive level for maximum results
- Motivate, inspire, and coach a winning team that works positively together
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Implement persuasive and creative strategies to increase in-store traffic and sales
