Operations/Office Manager Needed

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our thriving Modular and Manufactured Home dealership as an Operations/Office Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a fast-growing industry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy environment, manage office operations efficiently, and ensure seamless coordination of financial documentation, billing/invoicing, contractor scheduling, and other essential functions. Don't worry if you're new to the modular home industry-comprehensive training will be provided to set you up for success.

Key Skills Required:

  • Oversee and manage all office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Handle financial documentation, invoicing, and bookkeeping with precision and timeliness.
  • Coordinate contractor schedules and maintain clear communication to meet project deadlines.
  • Work closely with team members to improve processes and optimize workflow efficiency along with delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proven experience in office management with a strong background in loan processing and financial documentation.
  • Expertise in invoicing, bookkeeping, and related accounting practices and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills and excellent customer service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
