Role Overview
As a Sales Manager in Training with Republic Homes, your primary goal is to deliver a world-class home buying experience. You will assist customers in selecting a floor plan, choosing options, and coordinating the construction process. Compensation
- Base Salary: $40k
- Commission: Lucrative commission plan

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Republic Ambassador: Uphold Republic Homes' brand and integrity throughout the sales process.
- Constant Learner: Develop expertise in finance, mortgage concepts, products, sales skills, and local market knowledge.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintain customer files and provide timely follow-up through our CRM system.
- Merchandising: Assist in selecting inventory, decorating models, and maintaining the appearance of homes.
- Personal Prospecting: Create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase traffic.
- Product Demonstration: Present display homes and demonstrate features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Set Appointments: Schedule visits and convert ad calls and web leads into appointments.
- Training: Participate in sales meetings, training opportunities, and other company events.
- Team Oriented: Collaborate and contribute in a team environment, assisting with miscellaneous duties as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
- General understanding of the retail environment.
- Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to the sale of manufactured homes.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
- Ability to move and lift furniture and promotional items (up to 75 lbs.).
- Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.
