Role Overview
As a Manager in Training with Republic Homes, your primary goal is to deliver a world-class home buying experience. You will assist customers in selecting a floor plan, choosing options, and coordinating the construction process. Republic Homes is a vertically integrated company, building, selling, and insuring affordable housing across the nation. Compensation
- Base Salary: $40k
- Commission: Lucrative commission plan

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships
- Learn sales strategies, mortgage concepts, and local market trends
- Guide customers through the home selection and purchasing process
- Manage customer files and follow up using a CRM system
- Assist with inventory selection, merchandising, and lot presentation
- Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan
- Attend training and develop leadership skills to grow into a management role
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
- General understanding of the retail environment.
- Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to the sale of manufactured homes.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
- Ability to move and lift furniture and promotional items (up to 75 lbs.).
- Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.
