Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our team at Republic Refrigeration. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic procedures and troubleshoot issues with industrial refrigeration equipment
- Repair and maintain industrial refrigeration equipment, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial or commercial refrigeration repair
- Knowledge of ammonia and Freon refrigerants
- Ability to problem-solve, identify, document, and follow through on repairs and replacements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
