We are committed to ensuring that every scholar feels a deep sense of belonging and experiences rigorous, high-quality instruction that prepares them for success.

At RePublic, we understand that the effective use of data, assessments, and accountability is fundamental to driving scholar achievement and instructional excellence. • Manage state and internal academic accountability reporting, ensuring compliance with all relevant assessment and performance requirements.

  • Provide data-driven insights to school and network leaders to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for instructional improvement.

Scholar Assessments & Achievement Data

  • Lead the planning, administration, and analysis of all academic assessments, including:

    • State-mandated assessments (TCAP, MAAP)

    • Interim and benchmark assessments (iReady and curriculum-based assessments)

    • Screener assessments

  • Develop and maintain assessment calendars, protocols, and training to ensure smooth and effective implementation across all schools.

  • Support instructional leaders in analyzing assessment data to drive targeted instructional interventions and scholar supports.

Strengthening Data-Driven Instruction & Scholar Achievement

  • Work closely with the Academics Team, instructional coaches, and school leaders to ensure data is used to improve Tier 1 instruction and differentiated supports.

  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualization tools that help teachers and leaders make real-time instructional decisions.

  • Develop and facilitate professional development for teachers and leaders on how to interpret and act on scholar data.

Promoting Scholar Belonging & Equitable Learning Outcomes Through Data

  • Use equity-focused data analysis to identify and address disparities in scholar achievement, access to rigorous coursework, and instructional opportunities.

  • Support instructional leaders in setting and tracking academic goals that align with RePublic’s mission of love, achievement, and antiracism.

  • Ensure that data and assessment systems are designed to support historically underserved scholars and drive instructional excellence for all.

Partnering with School & Network Leaders on Academic Data Strategy

  • Serve as the primary data partner for instructional leaders, supporting their ability to use data to inform coaching, curriculum decisions, and academic interventions.

  • Collaborate with school-based and network leaders to ensure that data is integrated into instructional planning cycles.

  • Provide regular reports and briefings to network leadership and the board on scholar progress and academic performance trends.
