Professional Development & Talent Growth

  • Partner with department heads and school leaders to create personalized professional development plans aligned to each role’s competencies.
  • Partner with the Chief Talent Officer on the design and rollout of structured feedback cycles, including peer-to-peer and upward feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Team on the launching of career pathways and leadership pipelines, ensuring high-potential staff have opportunities for growth.

Performance Evaluation & Recognition

  • Refine and formalize RePublic’s performance evaluation process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and action-oriented.
  • Partner with school and network leaders to ensure that performance evaluations are rooted in evidence-based practices and linked to growth and recognition.
  • Alongside the CTO and CFO, design and launch a recognition & rewards program that celebrates high-impact educators and staff.

Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Refine and manage performance dashboards that track key talent metrics, including goal progress, feedback trends, and evaluation outcomes.
  • Regularly analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving staff retention and engagement.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and iterate on performance management systems to ensure they are effective, inclusive, and aligned with RePublic’s core values.
