Role : Business Systems Analyst with TRUX
Duration : 12-month Contract (possible extension or conversion (long-term role))
Location : 100% Remote (United States only)
Openings : 2
Pay Rate range : $66.67hr to $80hr
Work Authorization : Open to U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, and Green Card EADs
Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Administrator / Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in TRUX, SQL, waste management, and recycling to join our team for a long-term role. This position will focus on upgrading and implementing a modernized TRUX platform while supporting end-users and troubleshooting system issues. Candidates must have proven experience in business systems analysis and administration, combined with a proactive approach to diagnosing, resolving, and enhancing application functionality.
Responsibilities :
- Configure and test the upgraded version of the TRUX platform.
- Conduct thorough testing and document configurations.
- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data.
- Diagnose and resolve application issues for end-users.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate end-user training.
- Identify opportunities for system modifications to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather stakeholder requirements and align them with new capabilities.
- Generate user documentation, including manuals and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with SOX audit controls.
