Job Description
This role involves leading field service operations teams to ensure successful project management duties at client sites. The ES Field Project Manager will exercise independent judgment and discretion while executing all aspects of field service project management duties.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Leading field service operations teams to ensure successful project management duties.
- Exercising independent judgment and discretion while executing all aspects of field service project management duties.
- Serving as the point of contact for negotiated contractual requirements and work scopes.
- Managing all phases of proposal preparation and submission.
- Performing work including scope of work development, safety plans development, waste characterization, shipping, waste profiling, and document preparation for field projects.
- Creating and tracking purchase orders to monitor project spending and ensure balanced project budgets.
- Coordinating proposal activities with proposal specialist and Territory Sales Executive.
- Working with Operations Manager and General Manager to ensure annual budgets are being met.
- Creating project invoices at job completion, ensuring accurate invoicing, and contacting clients for past due accounts.
- Developing and providing data and reporting to customers consistent with contract or purchase order specifications.
- Monitoring subcontractor services, communicating job safety requirements, reviewing and negotiating change-orders.
- Working closely with sales team to propose compliant customer solutions with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participating in marketing efforts to establish new accounts, servicing existing accounts, and procuring business opportunities.
- Ensuring company-owned vehicles and equipment operate properly and safely, with required maintenance and repairs accomplished.
- Submitting accurate project cost reporting, revenue reporting, and financial data timely.
- Performing other related duties assigned or apparent.
