FIELD LABORER

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Laborer will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient workplace while assisting with various projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
• Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.

Experience

• Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with hand tools and safety equipment is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
