Republic is looking for a Manager to lead Campaign Strategy across our Marketplace and Broker Dealer Divisions. As a new-hire, the ideal candidate will have experience or passion in Blockchain, RWAs, Crypto, Fintech, Venture Capital, and More.
This is the perfect role for someone who is detail- and process-oriented, interested in start-ups, Web 3, RWAs, Tokenization, and enjoys meeting new people while working closely with founders on a project that is critical to their success. You will work closely with Sales, Legal, Operations, and more from initial Diligence, up until close of the offering alongside having the ability to own processes and craft strategic initiatives across our Global Marketplace.
What you’ll do
- Review company pitch decks and perform preliminary research ahead of sales calls
- Participate in, take notes on, and ultimately lead thorough diligence on industries ranging from Crypto/Web3, CPG, Blockchain, Film, Fintech, Real Estate, Video Games, SaaS (and more) through the form of market research, financial due diligence, and application of US securities law.
- Prepare internal and external pitch decks to present to C-Suite level executives and necessary stakeholders
- Execute follow-up document request, perform verification procedures, and analyze financial statements after due diligence calls
- Ultimately generate detailed investment memos to present to Investment Committee
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Legal, partnerships etc)
- Facilitate Sales across Web3 and RWAs
- Underwriting experience to analyze potential areas of growth
- Maintain and optimize internal databases (such as Salesforce or AirTable) on reviewed investment opportunities. Prepare quarterly and annual reports for Republic management on deal activity and marketplace volume.
- Ability to work in a high-growth fast-paced startup that will give you the opportunity to lead and own your own projects
- Guide founders and their teams through the initial setup through deal page, campaign strategy, and publication to Republic
- Assist in the onboarding process, including preparation of campaign pages, collecting and reviewing documentation, and helping prepare regulatory filings and financial statements
- Help build new strategies to improve the experience of listing on our platform and drive successful campaign results.
Our ideal candidate
- SIE Series 79 required / 7, a plus
- 3 Years of work experience (a plus)
- Passion for tech and VC – You have a demonstrated interest in the world of startups.
- Past experience within Blockchain or Tokenization
- Strong communicator – You can communicate well both internally (with your Investment Team colleagues and other team leads) and externally (with clients and partners).
- Organizational superpowers – You can manage multiple workflows, maintain a tight control of your inbox, and know how to shepherd stakeholders through every stage of a deal.
- Get it done attitude – You are scrappy, resourceful, and relentless, doing what needs to be done to drive success for your team and for the business.
- Self-starter with superior work ethic and uncompromising personal integrity
- Highly analytical with an interest in sifting through, and identifying trends within, large volumes of data
- Experience working with Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel

A qualified candidate, based in New York, can expect a base salary of $85-105K. A standard offer from Republic includes base compensation, equity options, and a highly competitive benefits and perks package. Offers are determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the applicant's experience, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity among our team.
