RepubliCash is a locally owned and operated money service business. We have been serving Southern Maine since 2002 and now have 8 branches from Lewiston to Sanford. As a small business, we pride ourselves on our team and we are proud that we can provide a positive and exciting work environment.
We are currently looking for a District Manager for Androscoggin County - which includes our Lewiston and Auburn branches.
District Manager is responsible for sales, service, and operations of two retail branch locations. This includes performing a variety of duties to ensure quality customer service, achievement of branch goals and objectives, efficient and effective operations, compliance with policies and procedures, and mentoring and maintaining a team.
The individual who fills this position must develop a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures, products and services, and display professionalism and service excellence. Not only are excellent service skills needed, so too are the ability to solve problems, to develop and coach others and evaluate their performance, and to communicate professionally. Managing and coaching performance of store personnel; and performing support duties as needed. Motivates and encourages employees to meet and exceed personal and company goals.
The District Manager reports to local owners as well as senior management. We will train the right person.
