We are currently looking to add new Electrical Foreman to serve on Military installations across the State of California. To be considered for this high-profile project, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain government clearance.
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installations.
- Manage a team of electricians and subcontractors.
- Responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical equipment and wiring systems in industrial/commercial settings.
- Connect wiring and equipment according to code and job specifications.
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings and install as specified.
- Confirm dimensions, alignments, and clearances per drawings or plans.
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC).
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards in construction environments.
- Preferably, 5 years of experience on military installations.

Physical work is a primary part of being an Electrical Foreman (more than 75%), which includes, but is not limited to, crawling, standing, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, lifting heavy objects in excess of 45 pounds, and pulling and pushing objects. Repetitive use of fingers, hands, and arms is required.
