Job Title: Warehouse/Forklift
Location: Heath, OH
Duration: Direct Hire
1st Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Job Summary:
- We seek a motivated and reliable Warehouse Employee to join our team.
- This role is critical in ensuring the perfect operation of our warehouse by handling, organizing, and moving goods efficiently.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Inspection: Unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments from our suppliers
- Inventory Management: Organize and store inventory in the warehouse using a forklift (normal frontend)
- Order Fulfillment: Ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, labeling, and other preparation actions needed for shipping to clients
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other tools used in warehouse operations (if certified)
- Safety Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and operational efficiency
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Additional tasks in the Startup phase: Doing additional functions like maintenance of the building, building office equipment, etc. until we have employees for these specific tasks
- Team Collaboration: Work with another company employee to meet operational goals.
Qualification:
- Previous warehouse/logistics experience
- Ability/certificate to drive a forklift
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn new warehouse operation systems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements?
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
