NOTE : The 2-2-3 work schedule, often seen in industries that require round-the-clock operations, involves a pattern where employees work for two days, have two days off, work for three days, and then have two days off again.)
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Must have filler operator, pasteurizer, and batching experience.
- Complete mechanical repairs and makes adjustments as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.
- Successfully troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Complete welding and fabrication tasks with little direction.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in can or bottle production.
