Job Title: Marketing Communication Specialist
Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)
Location: Arden Hills, MN 55112
Hybrid (3 days Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute communication initiatives that take into consideration both the goals of an individual initiative as well as divisional/corporate objectives.
- Ensure consistency in branding guidelines.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, serving as a liaison between key stakeholders and client programs.
- Communicate proactively management and all stakeholders.
- Identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources (i.e., vendor relationships, other internal departments, etc.) to ensure that communication initiatives meet objectives.
- Define, track and maintain budgets while ensuring cost saving measures; understand implications on general business management.
- Evaluate program impact and reassess objectives and outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of industry standards and trends as related to responsibilities.
- Create a professional development plan with the partnership of direct supervisor.
Education/Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience with BA degree required.
- Microsoft office
