Job Title: Project Engineer
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: St. Paul, MN 55112 (Arden Hills, MN)
Hybrid Role
Responsibilities:
- Work with R&D Design project teams to develop and execute on plans to create, verify, and validate new technology, products, materials, processes, or equipment with minimal supervision.
- Understand internal and external requirements, facilitate team achieving deliverables on schedule, and drive recovery efforts when project impacted.
- Work with R&D Design and cross-functional partners to generate and execute on project plans.
- Track, document, and communicate success criteria, dependencies, and work progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and escalate issues as necessary to ensure success.
- Support technical work through change notices, materials management, etc.
- Facilitate SOP/WI compliance, design reviews, risk assessments, and verification/validation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Help build a positive and engaged project culture.
- Identify and track Design team’s project budget needs.
Education/Experience:
- 5 Years with BS, 3 Years with MS, 1 Years with PhD
- Need expertise around test methods and their validation.
- Medical device experience preferred but not necessary.
- Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of medical device requirements, change notices, and DFMEA required.
- Familiarity with task management systems (MS Project, Jira, Miro, etc.) a plus
Salary : $60 - $70
