Job Title: Providers/Relations Specialist
Duration: 8 Months (Possible extension)
Location: Houston, TX
Remote (In person meetings required 1-2x per week)
Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed research on non-credentialed nephrologists and nephrologists not using client services to understand barriers and challenges in selecting a dialysis partner.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain productive relationships with nephrologists, practice staff, and teammates.
- Partnership with Field Leaders: Collaborate closely with field leaders in the Houston market to align strategies and enhance nephrologist engagement.
- Monthly Report-Outs: Prepare and present monthly reports to senior stakeholders, summarizing research findings, relationship progress, and project status.
- Protocol Adherence: Follow established protocols set by Legal and Compliance and escalate situations as necessary.
- Communication: Utilize outstanding oral and written communication skills to effectively convey findings and recommendations.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational abilities with a focus on multitasking and timely follow-up.
- Provider Support: Support both non-credentialed and credentialed providers by addressing their needs, answering their questions, and facilitating their engagement with client services.
- Barrier Identification: Identify and address barriers preventing nephrologists from becoming credentialed or utilizing client services, providing solutions and support to overcome these challenges.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of research, communications, and provider interactions in databases and systems.
- Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the Houston market, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education/Experience:
- Associate's degree required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
