Description:
Role Overview:
§ The Business Process Analyst plays a critical role in identifying, documenting, analyzing, and recommending process enhancements within the Global Finance organization. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, document processes, perform assessments and propose process improvements.
Callouts: - This role will support Finance projects and processes.
o Responsibilities:
§ Assess current performance, perform root cause analysis, and develop solutions for global finance processes
§ Work with process owners and subject matter experts to accurately document current processes as it relates to current focus areas.
§ Assist measuring and reporting on process performance
§ Analyze existing processes and performance to identify gaps and areas for improvement in alignment to the Global Finance Transformation Goals.
§ Propose process changes, including workflow adjustments, automation, and best practices.
§ Assist in implementing process improvement projects and monitor their effectiveness.
§ Document process changes and maintain process documentation.
§ Coordinate with program / project leads on plan execution Assist with the development of project charters and gathering relevant information
§ Provide training and support to team members on new processes.
§ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Education and Training:
