Responsibilities:
Applies basic skills and procedures appropriate for the position within assigned functional area. Duties and tasks are standardized. Resolves routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Able to navigate in PC environment. Ability to work in a high volume data entry position which may be repetitive and is in a production mode. Attention to detail high.
- Responds to inquiries from and provides appropriate guidance to campus regarding requested transactional corrections.
- Processes corrections, ensuring any requested changes are properly approved, prepared, reviewed, and recorded according to institutional policies and procedures.
- Provides consistent, quality customer service to the University community in facilitating customer transactions.
- Opens, closes, and manages requests through the ServiceNow portal.
- Performs other related work as needed.
Comments/Special Instructions
Training for this position may take place in person at 6054 S. Drexel. Once training is concluded, the work will be performed remote.
The candidate must maintain a home office environment that is conducive to a normal office environment and must have access to the internet and the ability to perform all work functions.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
