JOB DESCRIPTION:
Onsite Role
This Analyst will be part of our HR team that supports UKG. Primarily responsible for providing support including system administration and security. This is a visible role with direct contact with HR partners across the Bank.
System Support - Provides daily technical support for UKG by responding to inquiries and ensuring processes run smoothly. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements. Leverage HR security policy and procedures to maintain appropriate access.Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Assists in the identification of potential issues or areas of improvement.
Skills:
- Prior System Experience (HCM, UTA - Ultipro Time & Attendance) Required 1 Years
- Prior UKG system administration Highly desired 1 Years
- Data Analytics / Requirements Building Highly desired 1 Years
- Report Building Required 6 Months
- Microsoft Office Suite - including Excel, Teams Required 1 Years
- Customer Service Skills Highly desired 1 Years
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
