Job Title: UM Support Analyst
Position Type: Temporary (7 weeks, with possible extensions)
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, flexible)
Location: 100% Onsite – Mason, OH
Start Date: ASAP
Purpose of Role:
This position is needed to support Go Live for Kansas, Florida, and Michigan starting January 1st. The UM Support Analyst will perform administrative and data entry work to support Utilization Management (UM) prior authorization requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and administrative tasks related to UM prior authorization requests.
- Work within Facets, Filebound, and Jira to process and track authorizations.
- Make outbound notification calls to providers and members regarding prior authorization requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of case details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory:
- Data entry experience (high accuracy and efficiency required).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred:
- Critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience with HealthFirst and Anthem prior authorizations is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
