Job Title: Operations Specialist
Location: Hybrid (2x per week in Mason, OH)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 26 weeks (Potential for extension)
Background Check & Drug Screening Required: Yes (5-panel drug screening)
Job Summary:
The Operations Specialist will support's system entry efforts, ensuring compliance with master data governance policies. This role requires handling data processing requests, maintaining system accuracy, and working on data validation, process improvement, and system integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and experience in customer service and CRM applications such as Salesforce or C4C.
Key Responsibilities:Data Entry & System Maintenance:
- Perform accurate data entry into SAP IS Retail, PLM, JDA, and other core business systems.
- Ensure 99% accuracy in system entries and maintain compliance with Luxottica’s master data policies.
- Execute and validate data testing, including system interfaces.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Analyze reports, data, and communications to ensure accuracy and alignment with business rules.
- Identify and document business requirements under the supervision of a manager.
- Propose solutions for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Prepare written documentation for new system features, updates, and procedural changes.
General Operations Support:
- Prioritize workload based on project deadlines and business needs.
- Assist in new team initiatives and provide support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with screening requirements, including monthly screenings and documentation.
- Complete mandatory compliance and security training within the first three weeks of hire.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business operations.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- CRM Experience: Experience with Salesforce, C4C, or similar CRM applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills (email correspondence with new customers).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing processes.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
