Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication Skills-Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills while collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with local cultures is a plus.
2. Computer Proficiency-Demonstrate a strong command of computer skills, including proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
3. Task Management- Possess the ability to understand and execute assigned tasks and responsibilities consistently, meeting established timelines and exceeding personal standards.
4. Data Accuracy- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data feeds and flows within the assigned process. Conduct quarterly result reviews and maintain comprehensive records.
5. Independence and Work Ethic:- Exhibit a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
6. Analytical Thinking- Demonstrate analytical thinking skills to analyze data and situations, enabling independent decision-making when required.
