Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Utilize Windows PowerShell to automate tasks and streamline processes within the client systems
  • Implement and manage VDI
  • Windows Virtual Desktop solutions to support remote access and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate into various applications and projects.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows systems, VDI’s and related technologies.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for the systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies and industry best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on related technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations in all system management activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new solutions and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
