TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER - e-commerce tools
SALARY : $85k - $100k base plus 30% incentives $120k - $140k total package
LOCATION : Naperville, IL
4 days in office, mostly day travel, some overnight, must be flexible.
Looking for a candidate that was technical in the past, earlier in their career but now mostly doing program management and client facing engagements. You will have an understanding of e-commerce tools, Adobe Commerce ,Cloud platforms, DevOps, Agile. You will drive technical projects in the retail space. Like up-and-comers who can deliver technical projects develop and maintain KPIs and metrics degree a must, come from a solution provider
As a Technical Program Manager , you will play a critical client-facing role in the successful delivery, governance, and implementation of complex, high-priority technical projects. You will act as a liaison between delivery teams and our clients, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship management. You will also support account farming initiatives to drive incremental business growth within existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple technical programs and projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks for projects, ensuring the proper reporting, escalation processes, and risk management.
- Facilitate regular meetings with clients and internal teams to track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication.
- Work with technical teams (development, QA, infrastructure) to ensure the feasibility and technical alignment of project requirements.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and updated as per project lifecycle needs (e.g., scope documents, status reports, risk logs).
