As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Ecommerce Manager to lead growth across DTC, wholesale, retail, and delivery channels.
The Role
As our Ecommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and optimizing the entire digital customer journey—from discovery to delivery. You’ll drive online sales through our own storefront, support and promote our wholesale and retail partners, and ensure consumers can easily access our products via delivery platforms and services. This is a unique opportunity to shape how consumers and partners interact with our brand online and get our products into the hands of more people, faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company’s ecommerce website(s) and digital sales channels
- Drive direct-to-consumer sales and deliveries via our owned ecommerce platform and through third-party delivery partners
- Develop and manage tools and campaigns that direct consumers to local dispensaries, retail partners’ ecommerce stores, and delivery options
- Collaborate with sales to support wholesale goals and generate digital demand from retail buyers
- Implement and manage “Where to Buy,” store locator, and delivery integration tools
- Coordinate with fulfillment and delivery partners to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction
- Execute digital campaigns aligned with product drops, regional availability, and promotional windows
- Analyze performance across all ecommerce and delivery channels (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, etc.)
- Ensure digital content and transactions meet all applicable cannabis regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3 years of ecommerce or digital marketing experience, ideally in cannabis, CPG, or wellness
- Proven ability to manage both DTC and B2B ecommerce strategies
- Experience working with POS and delivery platforms (e.g., Eaze, Grassdoor, Dutchie, etc.)
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, CRO, and analytics
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A consumer-first mindset and a passion for building seamless online-to-offline experiences
Additional Desired Experience
- Experience launching and managing ecommerce delivery channels
- Familiarity with retail partner marketing strategies and co-branded campaigns
- Knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulations across different states
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
