We are looking for an experienced as we enter an exciting new chapter in our journey. With 2025 poised to be a year of significant growth and transformation, we need a skilled seamstress to will take lead on sewing and fitting of all soft-goods.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $18/hr to $25/hr and individual pay is commensurate based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience, job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Pay ranges included in postings generally reflect base salary; certain positions may include bonus, commission, or additional benefits.

- Efficient use of materials patternmaking, sewing, fitting.
- Deliver finished product on specified deadlines.
- Maximize productivity of RES investment in textile fabrication tools & equipment.
- Introduce innovative new offerings, techniques & materials.
- Set & Maintain exceptional production standards.
- Create schedule & perform equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all areas are clean and all safety standards are adhered to. Document all processes.
- Maintain an adequate supply of materials through a standard cycle count procedure at RES.
- Complete requisitions for additional materials/supplies as needed per project.
- Awareness of department schedules and workload.
- Ensure proper manufacturing specifications & installation instructions of all softgoods.
- Participate in project & departmental meetings.
- Provide leadership & share expertise in all matters concerning softgoods.
- Documentation & training of production & maintenance processes.
