Summary :
The Lead Technician will lead a team of Field Service Technicians with operating and maintainingutility scale solar facilities. This work includes preventative and corrective maintenance of on-site assetssuch assolar panels, trackers, power inverters, and substation components.
Requirements :
- Mentors and setspositive example for junior technicians.
- Collaborates with senior line managers for plant maintenance.
- Troubleshoots low voltage DC power systems.
- Troubleshoots low voltage, medium voltage, and high voltage AC power systems.
- Conducts preventative maintenance on AC and DC power systems.
- Identifies faulty or underperforming equipment.
- Utilizeshand tools effectivelyand appropriately.
- Utilizes a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Maintainsinventoryof spareparts and consumables.
- Assist in development of site operating plans.
- Follows site safety plan and safe work practices.
- Adheres to proper Lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) practices and procedures.
- Interfaces with project stakeholders (owners, equipment manufacturers, .
- Interfaces with project subcontractors.
- Represents RES in professional manner to project stakeholders.
- Responds to physical location within 1.5 hours for emergency calls identifiedas a priority by Operations Control Center.
- Operates RES company vehicles, including trucks, in accordance with state and federal laws and RES policies.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Rotating on-call schedule for emergency response.
- Presets, supports, and leads by example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.

Anticipated base salary range : $38.46- $45.19
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
