Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver value to the business by doing full cycle recruiting, scheduling complex interviews, tracking recruiting metrics, executing a career fair strategy, serving as a recruiter for select non-exempt and exempt roles, sourcing talent, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Executes full cycle recruiting, primarily for exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Schedules complex interviews.
- Posts positions on the company website, job boards, and college career sites.
- Develops and implements a sourcing strategy for both passive and non-passive talent.
- Works with Talent Acquisition Management and HRBPs to execute open roles.
- Maintains and tracks recruitment metrics through the ATS and Excel.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.

Anticipated base salary range : $88,000 - $103,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
