As our Building and Equipment Oversight Leader, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and pristine condition of our facilities, including all production equipment and the grounds. This role requires a strategic thinker who enjoys a blend of hands-on and administrative duties while coaching a small team. Be the ace that ensures our infrastructure runs smoothly, guiding our operations to reach the pinnacle of effectiveness through preventive care and innovative problem-solving.

Essential Duties:

• Lead and uplift your team, nurturing their professional growth and facilitating your own.
• Expertly manage equipment repairs and administrative tasks alike.
• Implement preventive measures and conduct necessary repairs on production apparatus.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent process interruptions.
• Introduce and execute dynamic solutions to refine operational output.
• Manage the upkeep of facilities systems, including HVAC and electrical components.
• Champion environment health regulations and company safety policies.
• Log detailed records of maintenance tasks, track inventory effectively.
• Spearhead initiatives for continual process improvement.
• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational performance.

Core Requirements:

• 3-5 years supervising or managing workforce.
• 5-10 years of solid experience in facility upkeep roles.
• Capable of managing computerized maintenance systems.
• Experience with hands-on industrial machinery operations.
• Strong communication skills complemented by technological know-how.
• Team-player who is coachable and anticipates challenges proactively.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Desirable Assets:

• Degree in science or engineering technologies.
• Experience in project oversight in maintenance settings.
• Fluency with RCM and LEAN Manufacturing methodologies.
• Acquaintance with AutoCAD design software.
