We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team at reSAWN TIMBER co. This individual will be responsible for supporting our client-facing teams with extensive product, process, and application knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documents to support project needs.
- Author technical articles and produce high-quality architectural drawings to support marketing initiatives.
- Support new product launches and provide consultation on product expectations, handling, and application questions.
- Maintain a disciplined log of all project interactions and help build analytical tools to measure effort, success, and risk.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in the building industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
- Solid computer program skills, including Excel, Word, and web-based applications.
- Able to draft in 2D using Autocad LT and understand 2D and 3D architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with mark-up software such as BlueBeam and CRM software such as Hubspot is a plus.
