">The Technical Services Manager forms reSAWN's technical backstop at the project level, supporting client-facing teams with extensive product, process, and application knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining technical documents by capturing feedback from project interaction and internal developmental sources.
- Authoring technical articles in support of marketing initiatives.
- Producing technical tools and resources for sales, support, and production teams.
- Supporting new product launches at technical waypoints.
- Acting as a resource throughout the project cycle, providing installation and material storage guidance and interpretation of reSAWN's technical guidelines.
- Maintaining a disciplined log of all project interactions and helping build analytical tools to measure effort, success, and risk.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role in the building industry, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong computer program skills are required.
Familiarity with mark-up software such as BlueBeam and CRM software like Hubspot is a plus.
Strong communication skills, grammar, and mathematical aptitude are essential.
