Job Opportunity: Experienced and New Railcar Repairmen
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our rapidly-growing rail maintenance team at our Blair, Nebraska mobile repair shop.
About the Role:
- Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn components on railcar equipment in safe working order.
- Diagnose and identify malfunctions in railcar systems.
- Test and operate engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Clean units and components.
- Evaluate proper operation of railcar systems.
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic is essential for this role.
- Experience with hand tools is required.
- Previous mechanic experience is desired, but not necessary.
- Familiarity with welding is a plus.
- The ability to work hard and grow with our company is a must.
