Responsibilities
While no two days are exactly the same, here are some things you will be responsible for:
- Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
- Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
- Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
- Encouraging self-help activities
- Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external

Please join us for open interviews at WorkOne of Hamilton County. Job Fair will be held at 300 N 17th Street, Ivy Tech Door #1 from 10 AM - 2 PM, Wednesday January 24th, 2024. Positions start out at $15.00 per hour. We offer full benefits, PTO, holiday pay, Daily Pay, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, & also have a partnership with Ivy Tech for tuition reimbursement.
