Nurse Manager Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee all activities associated with medical contract providers and ensure that mortality reviews are completed within five days of death and submit to State Health Services Director and Assigned Director, Clinical Practice.
Candidates should be able to communicate verbally and written with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company. They must maintain state regulatory certifications, as required by state/program requirements and Certification in any/all state-required clinical certifications (e.g., Medication Delegation instructor).
This position also requires ensuring direct, on-site supervision for all staff at least annually and ensures nursing services are delivered according to authorizations and plan of care.
