JOB SUMMARY:

RESCO Defense is seeking a Driver/Kiosk Inventory/Warehouse Associate to deliver hardware to seven customer locations in the BWI Metro Area, replenishing over 25 hardware kiosks. This role is essential for maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service. The Driver/Kiosk Inventory/Warehouse Associate will be responsible for scanning barcodes, replacing labels, bagging replenishment orders, and managing customer-facing interactions. This position requires a reliable, customer-focused individual with a clean driving record and the ability to handle physical tasks. This is a hands-on role that demands excellent customer service and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position working from 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday plus paid overtime as required.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver hardware in company provided van to seven locations in the BWI Metro Area, replenishing over 25 kiosks.
• Maintain, clean and organize onsite Kiosks.
• Receive in new product and bag individual orders to sustain Kiosk demand.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage customer-facing interactions.
• Operate company-owned Ford E-Transit Cargo 250 130" WB Low Roof vehicle.
• Use barcode scanner, label printer, and Visual ERP system for inventory management.
• Maintain accurate chain of custody paperwork for delivered materials.
• Occasionally deliver to and from our sister company in White Marsh, MD.
• Adhere to company values and cultural standards, including doing what is best for our customers, standing for quality, and being a good teammate.
• Participate in job shadowing for approximately the first 90 days to learn specific kiosk locations and buildings.
• Assist with warehousing and stock-room activities.
• May be required to perform additional duties as determined by business needs.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Due to insurance requirements, must be at least 21 years of age with 3 years of driving experience, have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a post offer drug test and criminal background check due to company and customer requirements, in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Previous delivery experience driving on busy highways such as I-95, I-695, I-795, I-895, and I-83 with no accident history.
• Friendly demeanor and customer-centric attitude preferred.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull 40-lbs unassisted.
• Ability to be on feet and walk for up to five hours a day.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with barcode scanners, label printers, and ERP systems is beneficial.
• Must have strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The pay range for this position is $20-$23 per hour based on experience. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for paid overtime. In addition, our benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, free parking, and a 401(k) with employer match.
