We are now looking for a dynamic leader to help us prospect and grow sales with new brands. The role includes responsibilities to drive our growth strategy forward through sales and marketing activities while working with a small entrepreneurial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage an effective sales strategy to achieve RESCO's growth objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the food and beverage industry.
- Build and manage relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop targeted campaigns to find new opportunities.
- Work with leadership to grow business opportunities with future vision of building sales and marketing norms and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage or CPG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with previous team leadership experience.
