What You’ll Do:- Supervise and support HVAC technicians in the field
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members
- Perform job site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Communicate with dispatch, customers, and office staff to coordinate daily operations
- 4 years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in the HVAC field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-first attitude and a team mindset
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
