Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Technician.
- Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Provide recommendations for system upgrades and improvements.
Compensation:
- Performance-based pay after successful training completion.
- Competitive industry pay with no cap on income potential.
- Income can exceed the compensation range based on performance ($65K-$70K ).
