Job Overview
The Executive Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of the organization. This position requires a visionary leader who can effectively negotiate partnerships, drive business development, and oversee project management initiatives. The Executive Director will work closely with the board of directors and senior leadership to ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Duties
- Understanding and support of Twelve Step recovery programs.
- High volume retail experience.
- Non-profit fund raising.
- Personnel Leadership and management.
- Understand and support the ministry of the Rescue Mission;
- Servant leadership.
- Service to people of the community with hurts, hang-ups and habits.
- Interact with people of the community and refer resources.
- Demonstrate a Christ centered leadership to all persons.
- Update and create policies and procedures.
- Create efficiencies in the operations of all programs
- Formal/Advance education not a necessary qualification. Previous experience with disenfranchised community preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
