ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The Estimator will be responsible for working closely with and for our customers, as well communicating heavily with project managers and insurance adjusters. The perfect candidate will be well-rounded and comfortable estimating residential, commercial, and multi-family home projects large and small from start to finish. Are you self-motivated? WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Create sales estimates and proposals to present to customers
• Responsibly communicate with homeowners, project managers and insurance adjusters
• Discuss the scope of work, including upgrades, to the customer
• Review estimates with management
• Coordinate turnovers to the operations department.
• Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of systems are currently installed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferred experience in sales and/or the construction industry
• Highly proficient and advanced computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good time management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
