WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Support Rebuild Director in technician operations
- Building installs and booking estimates
- Work with management in the development of new services
- Organizing and assigning calls to technicians and dispatching technicians out
- Booking and rescheduling calls when necessary
- Debriefing calls and inputting all information from call into the CRM
- Develop the necessary skills to navigate SuccessWare and JobNimbus
- Effectively communicating with customers and handle any questions or needs they may have
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- One year of dispatch/coordinator work experience preferred
- Customer service and phone experience required
- Excellent communication and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Required 40 WPM
