Responsibilities
- Install, and repair water, gas and other plumbing systems in commercial environments
- Inspect structures and plumbing systems, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections and passages within walls and floors
- Troubleshoot and test installed pipe systems and pipelines
- Assemble, install, maintain or repair plumbing fixtures utilizing correct procedures and/or hardware
- Utilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codes
- Promote, maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in commercial plumbing
- Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Masters License)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to climb ladders, work overhead, manipulate and maneuver tools
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling required
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
