Responsibilities
- Install, and repair water, gas and other plumbing systems in commercial environments
- Inspect structures and plumbing systems, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections and passages within walls and floors
- Troubleshoot and test installed pipe systems and pipelines
- Assemble, install, maintain or repair plumbing fixtures utilizing correct procedures and/or hardware
- Utilize blueprints or technical diagrams following state or local building codes
- Promote, maintain and adhere to OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of three years of plumbing experience.
- Must have a Plumbing License.
- Must have experience in commercial service repair.
- Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Bilingual is a plus.
All candidates must pass a drug screening and background check before hiring.
