What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Rescue Spa?
We are seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Checking in/out clients including taking payments
- Answering phone call(s)
- Managing client appointments in our spa software
- Making service and product recommendations to client
- Selling products as appropriate
- Partnering with our service technicians to ensure an outstanding experience
- Following up on feedback from clients and technicians on recommendations and/or issues
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent diploma
- Basic written and speaking English
- Basic math skills
- Computer experience
- Ability to learn specialized spa software (Zenoti)
- Reference check with your most recent employer
- Willing to work weekday and weekend shifts as needed between the hours of 8AM-9PM
- Beauty/Spa/Salon/Wellness industry experience highly preferred
Salary : $23 - $30
