About us: Research & Development Institute (RDI) is a tech-enabled CRO that helps In Vitro Diagnostic manufacturers who struggle to get FDA clearance for their products by sourcing the blood samples they desperately need through physicians and labs.
Overview:
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our clinical trial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing documents, coordinating shipments to various trial sites, and ensuring efficient office organization. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, particularly in mail merge and data management, is essential. This role requires a vigilant and proactive individual who can work under tight deadlines and maintain a high level of organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents related to clinical trials.
- Coordinate and manage shipments of materials to clinical trial sites.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word to track and update information related to clinical trial logistics.
- Utilize Mail Merge for document preparation and communication.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document organization.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory guidelines related to clinical trial data.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Mail Merge for document preparation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is a must.
- Availability to work on-site five days per week.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Salesforce, Medidata experience
- History of working in a Doctor's/medical office or Lab
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and other clinical trial regulations.
Working Conditions:
- In-office work with no travel
