- Delegate assignments to Bureau senior staff and collaborate with them to ensure timely completion.
- On behalf of the AC, review data and work products of Bureau senior staff to ensure they meet the expectations of the Bureau and Division.
- Develop and administer tools and tracking sheets to organize Bureau workflows.
- Organize internal and external meetings, e.g., prepare agenda, meeting materials, and minutes; draft communications to meeting participants; ensure appropriate follow-up on action items.
- Prepare AC for high level meetings and speaking events, including development of background documents, presentations and/or talking points.
- Offer support in coordinating conferences and forums hosted by the Bureau.
- Coordinate development of testimony for public hearings.
- Work closely with the AC to ensure bureau strategy is well-documented and executed effectively.
- Collaborate across the agency to ensure effective education and programming that support the justice involved population in other bureaus.
- And other duties not listed here.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Heath, Public Administration, Public Policy, or relevant field and 3-5 years of relevant project coordination and/or project management experience.
