We are looking for a Senior Program Finance & Pricing Analyst to support our Cyber line of business. This role is responsible for program financial planning and analysis, project planning and control, variance analysis, and proposal pricing. Solve unique, challenging problems and help manage large volumes of critical, real-time information about issues from global to local.

This position requires an Active US Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and is located on-site in Melbourne, FL.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide support to the Cyber Line of Business Program Controller, Vice President, and Program Managers in the preparation and analysis of project financial data and other contract, project, or business-related tasks
  • Support the Cyber Line of Business Program Controller in the formulation and review of Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and annual indirect budget rate submissions.
  • Support the Cyber Line of Business Program Controller in writing processes and procedures for the Program Finance function to share with Program Managers, to include rhythms and knowledge sharing
  • Preparation of financial deliverables and internal/external reports to include monthly forecasts, Estimates At Complete (EAC) and Estimates to Complete (ETC) and providing centralized planning and scheduling on many projects.
  • Prepare detailed resource utilization and forecast plans, and create key metrics for monitoring, and preparing variance explanations, Participate in the development of budgets for assigned programs and perform financial analysis on funding profiles and program financial variances and work closely with Program manager to ensure that all forecasting and planning processes run smoothly and within budget limitations
  • Review, track, and approve customer invoice back-up documentation
  • Generate project reports for internal and external use and present the details during group or one-on-one meetings with senior leaders
  • Assist in the Cyber Line of Business proposal pricing process including, analyze RFP requirements; develop pricing models and strategies; review, analyze and compile cost data; and prepare cost volumes and support the proposal manager in ensuring proposal costing complies with all federal government regulations, RFP requirements, and internal policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development, maintenance and updates to complex, excel-based pricing models for use in preparing cost/price estimates
  • Support the development and iterations of pricing strategies by modeling multiple “what if” scenarios to refine pricing approach
  • Conduct financial analyses and reporting to management for review/approval, to include revenue, profitability, cash flow, etc, and participate in pricing reviews with upper management and proposal stakeholders
  • Interface with Program managers, RII’s finance, accounting, and contracts, organizations as well as external customers to address operational issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Support internal clients in person on classified programs as required, including attending on-site meetings, debriefs, and work sessions

What You Have Done

  • 10 years experience in a related position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance related field
  • Experience in the government contracting industry including cost accounting practices preferred
  • Well versed in the entire life cycle of a program from proposal development through contract close out
  • Well versed in indirect rate build up to ensure compliant proposal pricing
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment with multiple initiatives and changing priorities
  • Ability to read and understand system requirements documents (SOW, RFP, etc)
  • Ability to partner with RII leadership, functional teams, and Lines of Business to build collaborative partnerships, understand priorities, and participate in strategic decision making
  • Strong financial acumen, including a thorough understanding of financial modeling techniques; US GAAP understanding
  • Experience with various contract types (Fixed Price, Cost Plus, and T&M)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a diverse work group of program and technical leaders, vendors, executives, subcontractors, consultants, and other professionals
  • Power user with typical financial software packages, including strong knowledge of Unanet, Microsoft and Google applications to create reports and present information in Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets and Google Slides Google Sheets
  • Experience with prevalent industry tools such as Unanet
